Terms and Conditions:

  1. This competition/prize draw is organized by Oxford University Department of Psychiatry, Headington, Oxford, OX3 7JX. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Entry
  2. The organizer and this competition are governed by English Law.
  3. The competition is not open to employees of the Oxford University (including the Department of Psychiatry, the Oxford Internet Institute, or their immediate families).
  4. Entrants must be aged 16 years or over.
  5. There are six 80GB video-playing iPods to be won. The prizes will be delivered free of charge anywhere worldwide. The organizer reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
  6. All entries must be received by the closing date specified. No entries received after this date, or entries at the end of surveys that are incomplete or defaced, will be considered. Oxford University accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, or incorrectly completed.
  7. The winners will be selected at random from all qualifying entries. The draw will take place on the closing date specified OR within 28 days of the closing date.
  8. To enter, you must leave a valid email address in the specified box at the end of the survey. Prizewinners will be notified by email shortly after the closing date. If a winning email address is not valid or messages to that address are for any reason undeliverable, a new winning email address will be chosen.
  9. Failure to claim a prize within 14 days may result in disqualification and selection of a new winner. Only one prize per entrant will be awarded.
  10. Oxford University accepts no responsibility for prizes that are lost or damaged in transit. Proof of postage will be provided upon request.
  11. The organizer will process the personal data of all entrants in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not disclose the personal data to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. With their agreement, the winner’s name, and their organisation or institution name, will be published on the website, no details will be shared with any third party.
  12. The organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Only one entry per person.
